What is covered
All furniture from Masum Furniture House carries a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects, including faulty joints, drawers, hinges, hardware and recliner or mechanism failure.
Covered items are repaired or replaced free of charge, at our discretion, including free local labour.
What is not covered
Natural characteristics of solid wood — grain variation, minor shade differences, small knots, and the wood's natural settling with seasons — are not defects.
Not covered: damage from misuse, overloading, water flooding or prolonged moisture, direct sunlight fading, termites or pests after delivery, transport or re-assembly by a third party, and normal wear of fabric, polish or finish.
How to claim
Call or WhatsApp +91 70274 57316 with your invoice and photos of the issue. Our team will diagnose it and schedule a repair visit locally, or arrange pickup for workshop repair.
Keep your original invoice — it is the proof of purchase for warranty claims.
