What we collect
When you browse our 3D showroom, add items to your cart, or book on WhatsApp, we receive your name, phone number, delivery address and the furniture you are interested in. If you pay online, our payment partner processes the payment — we receive only the order confirmation and amount, never your card or UPI details.
Our website also stores small settings in your browser (cart contents, chat history, theme) using local storage, so your cart survives a page refresh.
How we use it
Your details are used only to prepare quotes, confirm orders, deliver furniture, provide warranty service, and reply to your questions. We may send you occasional updates about new designs or offers — you can ask us to stop any time.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal details with any third party.
Sharing
Details are shared only where necessary: with our delivery/transport partner for shipping your order, and with our payment processor to complete transactions. WhatsApp messages you send are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
