Orders & payments
An order is confirmed once the agreed advance is paid. The balance is payable on or before delivery. Prices shown on this website are indicative for the base design; the final price depends on wood, size, fabric and polish, and is confirmed in writing (invoice or WhatsApp) before you pay.
Written quotes remain valid for 15 days. Prices may change after that due to wood market rates.
Product representation
Photographs and 3D models on this website are representative previews. Because every piece is handcrafted from natural wood, the actual grain, shade and finish will vary slightly from the images. Final design, finish and dimensions are confirmed by our shop before production.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are good-faith estimates, not guarantees — see our Shipping & Delivery page for details. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; please inspect at handover.
Liability & jurisdiction
Our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the invoice value of that purchase. These terms are governed by Indian law and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Yamuna Nagar, Haryana.
